We are delighted to welcome your child as a new member of our St. Philip the Apostle Parish Religious Education program and we hope that your child will be very happy here.


In order to allow you the parent, to enroll your son or daughter in our religious education program, we ask you to please read below for instructions:

• ~You must be a registered member of the parish as of January 2011.  Please go to the rectory or sign up in our office as a new member if you are not a current parishioner.  Once that is done, then please go on to the next step.
  ~If you are already a registered member, please go on to the next step.
• You are aware the catechism program runs from 1st through 8th grades.  We are not just a sacramental program; we strive to enrich and strengthen your children's faith and spirituality throughout the learning and growing years.  If you agree to enroll your children for the entire program each year, please go on to the next step.
• Our goal is to assist you, the parents, as the primary religious educator in your child's life.  We support families who live and practice their faith in their daily lives, who come to worship together with our parish community, and we share in participation in the sacramental life of our Church.  If you agree with this, please go on to the next step.

If you find all the above acceptable, please click on this link to download the application form for your child.  Please complete one form for each child.

Once the application is complete with a copy of the child's baptismal certificate and the appropriate registration amount, please mail or drop off all documents to either the religious education office or at the rectory.  Please call or email the office if you have any question regarding this process.

Your child should have received their pre-printed registration application in an envelope Sunday, April 17, 2011 or on Monday, April 18, 2011.  Re-registration ended May 23, 2011.

Please make any necessary changes on the registration application to update our records.  Most importantly, please update the emergency contact number and give us your current e-mail address for reminders, messages and important updates from our program.

If you have not yet enrolled your child for this year's catechism program, please contact the school office for another application form and submit the application form and appropriate amount to the rectory, religious education office, or please drop everything in the mail.
