Starting in the year 2009, the name, contact phone number, and signature of the supervisor or director for the project you are assisting with, will be required on the form each month.  A letter from the supervisor or director for the project is an acceptable form of service.

All confirmation candidates are required to perform at lease one act of service each month.  Minimum of 30 hours of service for 8th graders (Minimum of 10 hours of service for 7th graders) is required for this obligation for your sacrament.  Click on this link for some ideas.
